Services Provided:
Construction Manager for the $1.5 m, build-to-suit, 15,000 sf, 3-level retail building project at the southwest corner of Hennepin Avenue and Lake Street in Minneapolis, MN (The second busiest intersection in the Mpls. / St. Paul metro area). Responsible for architect and consultant selection, all phases of design and construction including cost estimating, scheduling, construction management and on-site subcontractor supervision and coordination.
