HISTORY:
Founded in 1992, PPM is a Minnesota corporation solely owned by Douglas L. Holmberg, PECPE-MBA.
WHAT WE DO:
PPM serves as the Owners “Connecting Link” providing overall team management to assemble and lead Development, Design, and Construction Teams. We specialize in Project Management, Construction Management, Owners Representation, and Cost Estimate Services.
We offer unmatched professional service backed by proven performance in the areas of Fast-Track, Design-Build, Build-to-Suit New Construction and Renovation / Expansion Projects. We provide services for Architects, Engineers, Contractors, Private Clients, and Government
Agencies throughout the United States and Internationally. PPM has worked with over 100 current and past A/E Firms.
Our services range from preliminary budget estimating and planning through construction document level estimating, to serving as an Owners Authorized Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate an entire project from conceptual design through construction completion.
