4. GALTIER PLAZA RENOVATION

Services Provided: 

 Project Manager for the $3.5 million retail renovation of Galtier Plaza in downtown St. Paul, MN. Project included complete demolition and renovation of over 40,000 sf of retail space on three different floors. 27 tenant spaces were added including 13 food - related / restaurant spaces. The renovation work also included the 400 seat Scott Hanson's Comedy Gallery. Responsible for architect and consultant selection, all phases of design and construction including cost estimating, scheduling, construction management and on-site subcontractor supervision and coordination.
