39. FEMA Disaster Recovery Assessment & Reconstruction
PPM Serving as Lead Sr. Project Manager responsible for leading the FEMA Hospitals Assessment and Reconstruction / Replacement Team. Team comprised of 22 individuals. PPM, lead by Doug Holmberg, oversees the Damage and Repair / Replacement of 2 Hospitals (500+ Beds), 2 Cancer Treatment Facilities, 1 Urgent Care Facility, and 5 Clinics between St. Croix, St. Thomas, and St. John.
Services include preparing the initial Assessments and Cost Estimates, eventually making final engineering recommendations to FEMA.
