Services Provided


The Farmington High School is the largest High School facility built to date in Minnesota. The 109 acre site is home for a $85m, 435,000 sf state of the art High School. Facilities include a 600 seat auditorium, two gymnasiums, science labs, computer labs, music recital hall, outdoor track and field complex, two baseball fields, four softball fields, and six soccer fields. I served as the Construction Manager for the New Farmington High School located in Farmington, MN. Responsible for all construction phase activities: bidding, contract negotiations and award, scheduling, coordination of 37 Prime Contractors, and contract enforcement of all plans and specification provisions.
