Services Provided:
Vice President of Development for Prime Development Corporation located in Eden Prairie, MN. Responsible for all phases of development for three Super Value Retail Center projects. Responsibilities included feasibility Studies, proformas, marketing program, land acquisition, construction management, and retail leasing. The centers ranged in cost from $4.5m to $6.0m.
