Services Provided: 

 Project Manager for the $85 m, 450,000 sf, multi-level Grand Casino Hinckley Expansion project located in Hinckley, MN. Major expansion  components consist of the following: 300 room hotel, 2,500 seat convention/ entertainment center, expanded and renovated gaming area, underground parking facility, new East and West entrances, expanded administration and back of house areas and additional guest amenities. Responsible for overall Project Team coordination including master and construction scheduling, total project budgeting and cost control, coordination of design/ consultant team, and coordination of all construction management activities and general contractor responsibilities.
