Services Provided:
Project Manager for the $120 m, 250,000 sf, multi-level senior high school located in Hamilton, Bermuda. Project consists of a “State of the Art” educational facility. Served as Owner’s Representative working directly for the Bermuda Government. Responsible for overall project team coordination including master scheduling, budgeting and cost control, and coordination of design/ consultant team and general contractor responsibilities.
