Services Provided:
Assistant Project Mgr. for the $18 m CIMA Labs facilities expansion within the Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN metro area. Project consisted of two multi-phase Laboratory renovation/expansions. Responsible for assisting the CIMA Labs PM with contracting methods and strategies, and detailed construction budget analysis and cost control.
