Services Provided:
Construction Manager for the $25 m, 50,000 sf Billboard Live music and video broadcast facility located in Miami Beach, FL. This one-of-a-kind multi-entertainment facility includes a 4-level atrium apace with 2 restaurants, 2 outdoor plaza seating areas, live performing stage and an occupant capacity of 2,000 people. Ancillary spaces includes VIP Boardroom, Green Rooms, back of house and A/V editing/ broadcast. Responsible for all phase of design and construction including cost estimating, scheduling, construction management and on-site subcontractor supervision and coordination.
