Project Manager for the $22 m, 72,000 sf, Carmike Cinemas Movie Theater located in Apple Valley, MN. The facility includes 15 stadium seating style movie auditoriums including the single largest movie auditorium anywhere in the surrounding state region. Responsible for all phases of construction including scheduling and on-site subcontractor supervision and coordination.
