PPM will be utilized established cost estimating and tracking systems to perform the following:

  1.     Establish the Project Budget or validate a previously established Project Budget. 

  1.     Provide continual cost updates throughout the project. 

  1.     Provide cost analysis for all cost issues including cost impacts from CO’s, RFI’s, ASI’s, CCD’s, and Claims / Disputes to allow for informed recommendations and approvals.

  1.     Assist in negotiating construction CO’s, CCD’s, and Claims / Disputes.

  1.     Tracking the projected costs and reviewing scheduling impact of various design decisions and identifying potential areas where the design may need to be adjusted to remain within budget and schedule.

  1.     Maintain fiscal control over the project.

  1.     Prepare regular cost reports, establish and maintain project cash flow projections.
