Supplemental Agreements (Change Orders)





PPM will review all requests for changes, assist with negotiations and make approval recommendations. We believe change orders can be minimized by the following:


  1.     Clearly communicated user groups needs. 


  1.     Well coordinated construction documents and specifications. 


  1.     Comprehensive site due diligence.


  1.     Complete and accurate bid packages. 


  1.     Complete architectural and engineering “check sets”. 


  1.     Construction input early on in the design process. 


  1.     Proactive thinking by all team members.
