General Description

We provide Owner’s with the complete Project / Construction Management Services.

        Out key tasks include:

1. •   Serving as an extension of the Owner’s “staff” to organize and lead the entire team.
   

1. •    Promoting strong interface between the Owner’s Staff, Consultant Groups, Contractors, Suppliers, and Vendors.
   

1. •    Developing and proactively managing the Project Schedule including presenting opportunities for accelerating the schedule.
   

1. •    Developing detailed cost analysis for any cost issue, managing the Project Budget and developing cost saving alternatives.
   

1. •    Providing communication to the Team with concise and clear reporting.
   

1. •    Providing constructibility reviews and value engineering.
   

1. •    Developing and evaluating bid packages, negotiating contracts and change orders.
   

1. •    Being the Owner’s “Eyes and Ears” during construction.
   

1. •    Providing move coordination and project close-out services.
